Revenue Details
• Listed accessorials and fuel surcharge are paid at 100%
• Eligible trucks may earn up to $3,000 per year through the safety program
• Net weekly estimate: $3,200–$3,400 after listed deductions and insurance
• Net annual estimate: $165,000–$195,000
• Base linehaul percentage is 65% for a 3-axle tractor and 66% for a 4-axle tractor
• Pulling your own trailer can add 9.7%–11.7%, up to 77.7% total linehaul payout
Dispatch and Home-Time Expectations
• Staying out 10–14 days usually creates the best freight continuity
• No forced dispatch
• Operators decide when to accept freight and when to head home
• A typical stretch is 7–10 days on the road
What You Need to Qualify
• Older experience may qualify with 3 years in the last 10 years, including 6 months in the last 4 years
• OTR experience must include runs of at least 500 miles in a sleeper tractor
• Must own or operate road-ready equipment suited for specialized freight
• Application address, CDL, and MVR address must match
• At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years
• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience in the last 3 years
• Heavy-haul, RGN, or specialized freight experience required
What You Will Haul

• Loads may include aerospace, wind, oilfield, high-value, escort, and government-related moves
• Tractor and trailer configuration must match each assigned load
• Wide-load signs, flags, working strobe, heavy chains, binders, and straps are required
Operator Responsibilities
• Submit paperwork quickly for settlement processing
• Plan and complete specialized moves safely
• Manage permits, escorts, securement, and route restrictions
• Maintain compliant tractor, trailer, and oversize equipment

Two-Day Orientation
• Remote participants need reliable Wi-Fi plus two devices

• Choose remote Zoom setup or attend in person
