Compensation Details
• Estimated weekly take-home after expenses: $1,800–$2,400
• Heavy-haul lease pay is tied to percentage-based linehaul and accessorials
• Contractor expenses and equipment requirements apply
• This is a specialized freight program, not a standard dry van lease
Time Out and Reset
• Heavy-haul drivers should plan on 4–6 weeks out
• Home time is generally earned at one day off for each week out
• The schedule is built around specialized freight availability
• Drivers must be comfortable staying out longer than standard OTR

Route and Freight
• Heavy-haul and specialized freight
• Freight may include oversized, overweight, multi-axle, military, wind-energy, or industrial components
• Load planning and securement requirements are heavier than standard flatbed
• This is not a basic dry van or simple drop-and-hook role
Equipment Details
• Late-model Freightliner, Peterbilt, and occasional Volvo equipment
• Flatbed or heavy-haul work may require chains, binders, straps, tarps, flags, banners, and securement gear
• Company trucks are generally within the last three years
• Camera system is outward-facing
What the Work Involves
• Run assigned freight safely and on schedule
• Keep logs, trip updates, and paperwork current
• Communicate with dispatch on pickup, delivery, and home-time needs
• Follow specialized load, routing, and securement requirements
What You Need to Qualify
• Must be comfortable with a lease/contractor pay structure
• Heavy-haul or specialized freight experience may be required based on assignment
• Experienced drivers only; no students or recent graduates
• Must meet the current hiring-area map for this route
• CDL address requirements may need to be corrected before or shortly after orientation
• SAP drivers are not accepted
Orientation
• Three meals per day are provided until certified
• Drug test is urine only
• Orientation normally starts Monday and runs about 2.5–3 days
• Orientation location: St. Cloud, MN
• Single-room hotel lodging begins Sunday evening
• Transportation is arranged by rental car or flight
