This is an owner-operator opportunity for road-ready operators who want percentage pay, no forced dispatch, and control over how they run.
Weekly Revenue and Percentage Pay
• Listed accessorials and fuel surcharge are paid at 100%
• Eligible trucks may earn up to $3,000 per year through the safety program
• Net weekly estimate: $3,200–$3,400 after listed deductions and insurance
• Net annual estimate: $165,000–$195,000
• Base linehaul percentage is 65% for a 3-axle tractor and 66% for a 4-axle tractor
• Pulling your own trailer can add 9.7%–11.7%, up to 77.7% total linehaul payout
Schedule and Home Time
• Operators decide when to accept freight and when to head home
• A typical stretch is 7–10 days on the road
• Staying out 10–14 days usually creates the best freight continuity
• No forced dispatch
Freight and Equipment
• Individual truck settlements and reporting tools
• Load-board access, fuel card options, and contractor support
• Recruiting assistance may help keep qualified trucks seated
• Program is for fleet owners, not company-driver applicants
• Fleet-owner program for one or more open-deck trucks
Minimum Requirements
• Must own at least one road-ready tractor
• Drivers placed in the program must meet current OTR and flatbed experience rules
• OTR history must include pickup-to-delivery trips of at least 500 miles in a sleeper tractor
• Each driver's application, CDL, and MVR addresses must match
• This is a fleet-owner opportunity; company-driver and fleet-driver hiring is closed
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Place qualified road-ready tractors into the program
• Maintain DOT-compliant equipment, insurance, and documentation
• Keep driver, safety, and settlement records current
• Coordinate with recruiting and contractor-relations support

Orientation and Setup
• Day one runs Tuesday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern
• Day two runs Wednesday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern
• Choose remote Zoom setup or attend in person
• Remote participants need reliable Wi-Fi plus two devices
• Orientation is completed over two days
