This program fits experienced operators who want same-day settlement options, broad freight access, and support keeping the truck moving. Owner-Operator Earnings • Annual safety incentive may reach $3,000 per truck • Expected net: approximately $3,200–$3,400 per week • Expected yearly net: approximately $165,000–$195,000 • Percentage pay starts at 65%–66% of linehaul based on tractor configuration • Trailer configuration can raise total payout to as much as 77.7% • Fuel surcharge and listed reimbursements are paid in full How the Schedule Works • Loads are selected without forced dispatch • Home time is flexible rather than assigned • Many operators stay out about 7–10 days • The account recommends 10–14 days out for steadier freight flow Load Types and Equipment • Wide-load signs, flags, working strobe, heavy chains, binders, and straps are required • Access to a broad network of agents and specialized freight opportunities • Heavy-haul, RGN, oversize, overweight, and specialized open-deck freight • Loads may include aerospace, wind, oilfield, high-value, escort, and government-related moves • Tractor and trailer configuration must match each assigned load Responsibilities • Manage permits, escorts, securement, and route restrictions • Maintain compliant tractor, trailer, and oversize equipment • Submit paperwork quickly for settlement processing • Plan and complete specialized moves safely Owner-Operator Support • No forced dispatch • Same-day settlement options • 100% of listed fuel surcharge and accessorial payments • Fuel discounts and load-board access • Safety incentive opportunities Qualifications • Application address, CDL, and MVR address must match • At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years • At least 6 months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience in the last 3 years • Heavy-haul, RGN, or specialized freight experience required • Older experience may qualify with 3 years in the last 10 years, including 6 months in the last 4 years • OTR experience must include runs of at least 500 miles in a sleeper tractor • Must own or operate road-ready equipment suited for specialized freight Orientation and Setup • Virtual setup requires one device for Zoom and another for load-board and paperwork training • Two-day setup process with remote and in-person choices • Tuesday schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern • Wednesday schedule: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Fast Track Hiring • Send your application for this program • Your recruiter reviews experience, equipment readiness, and location before carrier onboarding • Track the application and required next steps in your driver dashboard
