Weekly Pay
• Flatbed bind/tarp weekly guarantee is higher than dry van
• Company team retention package pays up to $19,000 over two years, split between drivers
• Estimated team weekly guarantee: $4,250–$5,250
• $0.85 per loaded mile and $0.80 per empty mile
• Per diem adds $0.17 per mile
What You Will Haul
• Most loads average 20,000 pounds or less
• Mostly 48-foot vans, some 53-foot vans, and a few flatbeds
• Flatbed work may require bind/tarp readiness
• DOD-sensitive freight across all 48 states, excluding California hiring
• All drivers and teams can expect to transport hazardous materials
• No hazardous waste
• Freight is heavy in the Midwest
Time Out and Home Time
• Option to stay home for 1 week
• Other home-time options may include 2 weeks out with 2 days off, 3 weeks out with 6 days off, or 6 weeks out with 2 weeks off
• There are no set lanes
• Company teams are asked to stay out 3 weeks at a time

Driver Requirements
• No more than 3 violations in the last 5 years
• No more than 2 accidents in the last 5 years
• Ready-made teams only
• Both drivers must have Hazmat
• Both drivers must have 2 years of OTR experience
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• Must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain DOD security clearance
• No felonies at all
Driver Responsibilities
• Follow clearance, security, and freight-handling procedures
• Handle flatbed securement or bind/tarp needs when assigned
• Run as a ready-made CDL-A team
• Haul DOD-sensitive and Hazmat freight safely
• Keep trip updates, paperwork, and secure-load communication current
DOD Clearance and Orientation
• Drug test is urine only
• DOD clearance must be completed before orientation
• Clearance process can take 1–4+ weeks; average timing may run 4–6 weeks after fingerprinting
• The company arranges and pays for the DOD clearance process
• Most onboarding can be completed online
• On-site orientation is usually 1 day in South Point, OH 45680
