Team Pay Details
• Tractor must be able to haul 38,000 pounds
• Estimated gross team weekly revenue: $8,654–$9,615
• Gross revenue is before fuel, maintenance, taxes, tolls, insurance, and other business expenses
• Owner-operator pay is 73% of 97% of revenue, not including fuel surcharge, or 71% plus 100% fuel surcharge
• PrePass is provided; tolls are charged back monthly
Home-Time Options
• Best fit is a team that can stay out long enough to support DOD freight flow
• OTR freight across the lower 48, excluding California
• Home time is flexible and based on team operation, freight needs, and dispatch planning
• No set lanes
Truck Setup
• Pets are allowed, but drivers are responsible for any truck damage
• Owner-operator tractor cannot be older than 6 years at signing
• Tractor must be able to haul 38,000 pounds
• Hazmat-ready team operation required
• No inward or outward cameras
Route and Freight
• Freight is heavy in the Midwest
• Most loads average 20,000 pounds or less
• Mostly 48-foot vans, some 53-foot vans, and a few flatbeds
• Flatbed work may require bind/tarp readiness
• DOD-sensitive freight across all 48 states, excluding California hiring
• All drivers and teams can expect to transport hazardous materials
• No hazardous waste
Minimum Requirements
• Owner-operator tractor must meet the 6-year age rule
• Ready-made teams only
• Both drivers must have Hazmat
• Both drivers must have 2 years of OTR experience
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• Must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain DOD security clearance
• No felonies at all
• Zero-tolerance DUI policy
Team Responsibilities
• Handle flatbed securement or bind/tarp needs when assigned
• Run as a ready-made CDL-A team
• Haul DOD-sensitive and Hazmat freight safely
• Keep trip updates, paperwork, and secure-load communication current
• Follow clearance, security, and freight-handling procedures

Onboarding Details
