Earn an estimated $1,587 weekly on a semi-local battery freight account with weekly home time and assigned trucks. Job Details: • Estimated weekly earnings: $1,587 (Paid online orientation) • $1,300 minimum weekly pay guarantee for first 6 weeks • Weekly home time • Runs through IN, TN, PA, WV, NC, VA, AL, KY, MI, OH, NY, and Ontario, Canada • Majority no-touch freight • Mix of touch and no-touch deliveries • Assigned trucks parked at the account during time off Responsibilities: • Pick up preloaded battery and cell freight from the distribution center • Deliver freight to distribution centers across the operating area • Reload trailers with battery cores for return to the DC • Tailgate freight with an electric pallet jack on driver-assist stops • Secure loads for safe travel after all stops • Complete paperwork to customer standards • Scale loads when required • Assist other accounts if freight volume is low Qualifications: • CDL-A required • Must be flexible with weekly route changes • Must be comfortable with some touch freight • Must be able to use an electric pallet jack for driver-assist stops • Steel toe boots required • Professional appearance and customer service expected
