Pay, Bonuses, and PTO • Hazmat-endorsed drivers qualify for higher mileage pay and higher CSA bonus amounts • Complete loads under 400 miles may qualify for an additional $25–$35 • Eligible new solo drivers hired June 1–July 3, 2026 may qualify for a temporary $1,800 gross weekly guarantee for five weeks when all rules are met • Estimated weekly earnings: $1,635–$2,019 • Annual earnings range listed for this account: $85,000–$105,000 • Paid on Rand McNally practical miles, loaded and empty Time Out and Reset • Parking fees are the driver’s responsibility • Home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset • Drivers are generally home Friday night or Saturday morning and return Sunday night or Monday morning • The truck and empty trailer may be taken home when approved parking is available Additional Advantages • Health and dental coverage, 401(k) match, and $10,000 company-paid life insurance • Four-day paid orientation; 4.5 days for drivers with under 12 months of experience • $300 orientation pay, private hotel room, transportation, breakfast, and lunch during orientation • CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days: up to $925 with Hazmat or $750 plus 8 hours of PTO without Hazmat • On-Road Safety Bonus: $650 every 90 days when requirements are met • PTO earned every 60,000 safe paid miles for solo drivers Dry Van Operations • Average length of haul is about 400 miles • About 40% of expedited freight runs between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM • No New York City, Canada, or Mexico routes • Full-truckload dry van freight • Approximately 85% drop and hook • 100% no-touch freight with no lumpers or driver unloading What You Will Drive • Double-bunk high-rise sleeper with bunk heater • 53-foot dry van trailers with tracking and cargo sensors • Outward-facing camera only; no inward-facing camera or audio recording • Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 • Automatic transmission, inverter, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and SiriusXM Day-to-Day Work • Complete drop-and-hook and occasional live-load appointments • Keep dispatch updates, logs, and delivery paperwork current • Follow the strict hands-free cell phone policy while driving • Move time-sensitive dry van freight safely and on schedule • Be prepared to switch between daytime and overnight driving as freight requires Driver Requirements • No more than three moving violations in the last three years • No DWI within the last five years • Must pass the DOT physical, urine and hair drug tests, road test, and Human Performance Evaluation • At least 9 months of recent tractor-trailer experience in the last 24 months • Experience must include at least two months of winter driving • Verifiable OTR experience must include major-city, night, and winter driving Fast Track Hiring • Submit your application for this route • A recruiter reviews your experience, location, schedule needs, and route fit before moving you forward • You can check application status and next steps from your driver dashboard
