Pay and Program Details • Estimated net weekly earnings: $3,200–$3,400 after listed insurance and deductions • Estimated annual net: $165,000–$195,000 • 3-axle tractors receive 65% of linehaul; 4-axle tractors receive 66% • Trailer adders range from 9.7% to 11.7%, with a maximum payout of 77.7% • 100% paid on listed fuel surcharge, detention, tarps, stop-offs, and layovers • Safety bonus potential up to $3,000 per truck annually How the Schedule Works • Running 10–14 days is generally the strongest rhythm for freight consistency • Dispatch is not forced • No fixed home-time schedule • Most operators run 7–10 days out Freight and Equipment • Heavy-haul, RGN, oversize, overweight, and specialized open-deck freight • Loads may include aerospace, wind, oilfield, high-value, escort, and government-related moves • Tractor and trailer configuration must match each assigned load • Wide-load signs, flags, working strobe, heavy chains, binders, and straps are required • Access to a broad network of agents and specialized freight opportunities Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Manage permits, escorts, securement, and route restrictions • Maintain compliant tractor, trailer, and oversize equipment • Submit paperwork quickly for settlement processing • Plan and complete specialized moves safely What You Need to Qualify • Heavy-haul, RGN, or specialized freight experience required • Older experience may qualify with 3 years in the last 10 years, including 6 months in the last 4 years • OTR experience must include runs of at least 500 miles in a sleeper tractor • Must own or operate road-ready equipment suited for specialized freight • Application address, CDL, and MVR address must match • At least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years • At least 6 months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience in the last 3 years What the Program Provides • 100% of listed fuel surcharge and accessorial payments • Fuel discounts and load-board access • Safety incentive opportunities • No forced dispatch • Same-day settlement options Orientation • Two-day orientation • Tuesday from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern • Wednesday from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern • Remote Zoom or in-person options are available • Virtual orientation requires Wi-Fi and two connected devices Fast Track Hiring • Submit your application for this owner-operator program • A recruiter reviews your OTR history, flatbed experience, equipment, and location • You can follow application status and next steps from your driver dashboard
